Let's create a custom mug for you! These mugs are fully customizable with the glaze variants we use. You can select to add a name for no additional charge.  Every mug is handmade; from throwing it on the wheel, to pulling the handles, painting the pride hearts, and glazing. All mugs are wheel thrown by Chris.

Please add a note to your order letting us know the following:

• If selecting a heart, let us know which pride heart you would like and what hand you hold your mug in (you can opt to not receive a heart)
• The name you'd like at the bottom - you do not have to get a name, you can leave it glazed or stamp in "joy, hope, etc."
• Any notes about style/size, or other information you think would be helpful. 

Turnaround time, on average is 1.5-2 months. There may be times when this wait exceeds 2 months and we will maintain contact with you about the reasons and estimated wait time. Some common reason for delays: we have to remake your piece (there are many steps, and any issue with one of the steps could lead to starting over - we want to make sure the mug is of high quality and safe to drink out of).

The $12 deposit is non-refundable once we begin making your mug. If you cancel your order before we begin making, we will refund the $12, minus the transaction fees (about $2). You may also select to pay in full. If you are unhappy with your mug, we will work with you on a solution. 

Please keep in mind that all styles shown are examples and every mug fires differently, which means there will be variations, but it's also a completely unique piece. The mugs are handmade, which means they are not equivalent to commercially perfect pieces. I do not automate or mass produce any part of the mug. Handles may not always be 100% straight, there may be different gaps between the letters, etc.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs, which usually range from $7-$12 within the United States. If you are outside of the US and Canada, please contact us before submitting payment to see if we are able to ship to you.

If you paid a deposit but don't have the money at the completion date, we will hold your mug for 3 months and then it will be re-purposed. As long as you stay in contact with us, we will work with you!
